i know the longevity of the product depends also on the user side. If only with manufacturer side and with normal wear-and-tear (no accidental damage/etc), how long will this last? I would like see those true info from the persons who actually bought and used this product. I had many other branded LED monitors that last for many years (I use it like everyday)

Hi may i ask what should i do or buy to troubleshoot the audio or sound module of my ace 32″ TV. After a month of buying it seems that there was a technical problem about the audio we cannot barely hear the sound, there was a voice creeping that’s unclear to listen. Please do help us about this matter.
